3月17日，北京海博思创科技股份有限公司（简称“海博思创”）与中国民生银行股份有限公司北京分行、民生金融租赁股份有限公司（简称“民生金租”）在京举行签约仪式。此次合作标志着三方将构建“银行+租赁+产业”的铁三角协同模式，共同探索金融服务储能全产业链的创新路径。

海博思创创始人、董事长、首席执行官张剑辉表示，民生银行拥有强大的综合金融服务能力和深厚的客户基础，民生金租在产业金融与设备融资领域具备专业优势，三方的协同合作，将为海博思创实现产业链前端与后端的全面布局提供坚实支撑。

中国民生银行北京分行党委副书记、副行长刘衍波表示，此次民生银行携投、贷、租一体化团队与海博思创深化合作，是民生银行服务优质民营企业的又一次生动实践。他指出，民生银行致力于为海博思创这类具有核心竞争力和成长潜力的企业提供精准、高效、多元的金融服务。

民生金租党委书记、总裁孔祥歌表示，民生金租将发挥其在设备融资、资产管理和深厚的产业理解方面的专业优势，结合民生银行的综合金融服务能力，为海博思创在储能项目投资、设备更新、产能建设等方面提供全方位支持。
