新浪科技讯 3月19日下午消息，今日，在中国联通2025年度业绩发布会上，中国联通首席财务官李玉焯表示，“增值税相关政策的调整，短时间对行业的收入和利润增长一定会带来影响。”
她进一步表示，面对政策调整的变化，未来中国联通将聚焦“连接、算力、服务、安全”四大核心赛道，加快推进从“基础管道提供商”向“数字化综合服务商”转变。
其次，公司接下来将更加注重精细化管理。“事实上，2025年我们行业发展面临了很多困难，其实在这种情况下我们得到这个业绩非常不容易，本次年报已经披露了，我们成本的产出效率和资源使用效率显著提高。”
她还谈到，“进入2026年，公司将持之以恒抓好成本的进一步管控，我们今年将改善单位成本的项目作为核心任务，来实现高价值业务的业务赋能，要坚持精细化管理，实现我们资金的配置要更精准，提升资金的使用效率。我们经营现金流的改善其实已经超出了我们自身的预期，这是我们对应收账款管控的一个显著的成效。2026年我们现金流管理就是四个字——开源节流。”
