ChainCatcher 消息，据外媒报道，特朗普政府暂时豁免了一项已有百年历史的航运强制令《琼斯法案》，以降低美国境内石油、天然气和其他商品的运输成本，这是他为应对伊朗战争引发的能源价格上涨而采取的最新举措。特朗普周三授权悬挂外国国旗的船只在未来60天内可以在美国港口之间运输一系列商品。
据了解，此次授权豁免了部分货物的运输要求，允许外国船舶暂时运输多种产品。据白宫官员透露，这些产品包括煤炭、原油、成品油、天然气、天然气凝析液、化肥、以成品油为主要原料的任何产品以及其他能源衍生品。
不过，一些分析人士认为，鉴于供应链冲击的规模之大，这项豁免预计只能起到有限的作用。
