智通财经APP讯，粤港湾控股(01396)发布公告，预期集团取得：(i)2025财政年度利润不少于人民币3000万元，而2024年度亏损约人民币20.413亿元;及2025财政年度权益股东应占利润不少于人民币4000万元，而2024年度权益股东应占亏损约人民币18.346亿元。
董事会认为2025财政年度业绩的上述变动主要归因于以下因素：(i)公司在2025财政年度上半年发行强制可换股债券，以赎回2029年到期美元计价优先票据(ISIN：XS2609459123，通用代码：260945912)，由此产生了债务重组收入;(ii)集团于2025年10月收购的人工智能业务，在AI算力需求激增的推动下自收购日至2025年12月31日的期间内取得了净利润;(iii)集团基建业务于2025财政年度下半年就其投资物业、存货及金融资产计提了减值拨备。
