智通财经APP获悉，在奈飞(NFLX.US)与派拉蒙天舞(PSKY.US)争夺华纳兄弟(WBD.US)资产的竞购战之后，花旗恢复了对流媒体巨头奈飞的评级，并给予其“买入”评级，并给予目标价115美元。该行认为，有多种催化剂可以推动奈飞股价上涨5%至17%，包括该公司提高全年EBIT指引、第四季度在美国提价以及更大规模的股票回购。
花旗周三表示：“许多投资者认为，在与并购相关的监管审查期间，奈飞不太可能提高价格。然而，如今我们认为奈飞没有理由不提高价格——但奈飞有定价权吗?我们认为他们有。”
花旗也认为，奈飞在内容方面的大量预算使其规模超过了竞争对手，这将使该公司在未来几年内获得竞争优势。
该行表示：“我们认为，要挑战奈飞的竞争优势，竞争对手必须增加内容投入。但我们认为这种情况短期内不太可能发生，因为迪士尼(DIS.US)和Peacock似乎专注于盈利，而其他竞争对手的杠杆率都很高。”
然而，花旗目前认为奈飞面临的唯一风险是广告收入预期下降。市场普遍预期，奈飞2030年的广告收入将达到110亿美元，低于2025年4月的120亿美元，而且这一数字可能进一步下降至约90亿美元。
