智通财经APP讯，富石金融(02263)发布公告，证监会已于2026年3月17日批准佳富达证券的申请，根据其证券及期货条例第1类(证券交易)受规管活动牌照以中介人身份提供虚拟资产交易及/或咨询服务。证监会已批准申请，惟附带若干条件，包括佳富达证券须透过与持有证监会牌照的虚拟资产交易平台设立的综合账户安排提供虚拟资产交易服务。
董事会欢迎证监会批准申请，并认为鉴于全球虚拟资产的快速发展以及近年香港政府的支持立场，佳富达证券拓展业务至虚拟资产相关服务符合本公司的策略，为本集团客户提供更多元化的产品及服务范围。董事会亦相信，其将为本集团创造机会，促进各业务线之间的协同效应，从而扩大现有的收益来源并为本集团探索新的收益渠道。
