ChainCatcher 消息，据 Theblock 报道，研究公司 K33 称， Strategy 愈发依靠出售其 STRC 永久优先股来筹资积累比特币，这正在引入与市场情绪和定价动态相关的结构性风险。
据悉，Strategy 在周一收购的 15.7 亿美元比特币中，约有 11.8 亿美元来自 STRC 的市场出售，而 A 类普通股的出售额为 3.96 亿美元。
K33 表示，该模式要求 STRC 的价格维持在目标价附近，且 Strategy 的股权交易价格高于其净资产值。这些条件很大程度上受市场情绪驱动，并且在市场疲软时可能同时恶化。
