智通财经APP讯，浩森金融科技(03848)发布截至2025年12月31日止全年业绩，该集团取得收益人民币9223.7万元(单位下同)，同比减少13.94%;本公司股东应占年内溢利556.9万元，同比减少0.7%;每股盈利3.56分,拟派发末期股息每股3港仙。
公告称，溢利减少主要是由于收贷款及账款的预期信贷亏损拨备约人民币4680万元(2024年︰人民币5930万元);雇员福利开支约人民币1850万元(2024年︰人民币2450万元)，截至2024年12月31日止年度，乃由于本公司向若干雇员授出合共1500万份购股权;及递延税项开支约人民币1160万元(2024年︰人民币550万元)。
