根据一份证券文件，巴西国家石油公司（Petrobras）将行使优先购买权，以4.5亿美元收购马来西亚国家石油公司（Petronas）在巴西两个海上油田持有的50%股份。

　　交易完成后，巴西国家石油公司将持有位于巴西坎波斯盆地的Tartaruga Verde油田和Espadarte油田第三模块（Module III）的全部股权，这两个油田目前的日均产量总计约为5.5万桶。

　　此次收购将使巴西国家石油公司能够将其在Tartaruga Verde油田的其他油井与新资产连接起来。此前，该公司于2025年11月在附近的Sudoeste de Tartaruga Verde区块获得了一项石油发现，被公司勘探与生产主管称为“了不起的”发现。

　　巴西石油公司Brava Energia曾在2026年1月宣布达成协议，将从Petronas手中收购这些股权，作为其“长期战略”的一部分，但巴西国家石油公司随后决定行使优先购买权。
