Logitech International's board of directors authorized a new, three-year stock buyback program for up to $1.4 billion.
The new repurchase authorization comes on top of a $600 million authorization approved in March of last year. The Swiss technology company said last year that it is targeting $2 billion total in stock buybacks over a three-year period.
The new authorization is expected to become effective in May, once the company completes its 2023 buyback program and receives approval from the Swiss Takeover Board.
