格隆汇3月20日丨中远海控(01919.HK)发布公告，2026年3月19日，董事会通过有关建议续聘公司核数师(“建议续聘核数师”)的下列决议案：(i)建议续聘信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司为公司境外核数师(“2026年度境外核数师”)及信永中和会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司境内核数师(“2026年度境内核数师”)，任期直至公司下届股东周年会结束为止；及(ii)公司应向信永中和(香港)会计师事务所有限公司支付的2026年度境外核数师审阅╱审计费用为人民币780.3万元(含税)及应向信永中和会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)支付的2026年度境内核数师审阅╱审计费用为人民币1,270万元(含税)。
