消息面上，归创通桥发布年度业绩，全年营业收入10.57亿元人民币，同比增长35.1%；净利润突破2.44亿元人民币，同比大幅增长143.7%。业绩增长主要受益于核心产品销售持续放量、国际化业务加速拓展以及运营效率稳步提升。
此外，归创通桥公布行使期权，收购Optimed Holding 11%股权，并于2028年上半年收购余下40%股权至全资拥有，总代价估计最高4,117万欧元(约3.26亿人民币)。资料显示，Opitmed是一家德国医疗科技企业，专注于微创血管介入及泌尿介入医疗器械的研发、生产与全球销售。
