消息面上，3月17日，云迹科技宣布，近日与顺丰同城在深圳正式签署战略合作协议，共同定义楼宇配送新标准。云迹科技副总裁谢云鹏与顺丰同城COO任非共同签署战略合作协议，标志着全国即时配送网络与楼宇智能服务网络首次实现系统级深度融合。
根据协议，顺丰同城骑士APP与云迹机器人终端已完成深度系统对接。骑士抵达楼宇大堂后，仅需扫码即可一键存件，云迹机器人随即自动接单、呼叫电梯、跨层导航、精准送达并返航，全程无需人工干预。该模式已在全国300多个城市完成规模化部署，覆盖商务急件、餐饮外卖、酒店客房配送等核心场景，并计划向全国快速复制。
