存储芯片股领涨日韩股市 日经225站上55,000关口 韩股突破5900点 触发熔断

TradingKey - 3月18日（周三）亚洲交易时段，日韩股市全线上涨，日经225指数站上55,000点关口，涨幅达到2.6%。韩股综合指数KOSPI涨幅达到4.6%，突破5,900点。由于KOSPI 200期货涨超5%，韩国交易所启动KOSPI指数熔断机制，程序化交易暂停5分钟。

存储股普遍上涨。日股方面，铠侠涨超6%，东京电子涨超3%，爱德万测试涨超6%；韩股权重股三星电子、SK海力士均涨超7%。

日韩股半导体板块的涨势，主要是受到前一夜美股行情的驱动。17日美股芯片股普遍上涨，美光科技（MU）市值首次在收盘时突破5,000亿美元，成为标普500指数中最具价值的16家公司之一。而在两个月前，美光才首次突破4000亿美元市值。闪迪（SNDK）、西部数据（WDC）、希捷（STX）等个股也创下新高。

美光周一盘后宣布，面向英伟达（NVDA）下一代Vera Rubin AI平台的HBM4芯片已进入量产阶段，打消了市场对其无法成为供应商的疑虑。SK海力士集团董事长崔泰源周一表示，全球芯片晶圆短缺局面预计将延续至2030年，短缺幅度可能超过20%。三星电子称，由AI驱动的强劲芯片需求将持续至2026年。目前，仅美光、SK海力士及三星电子三家公司能生产HBM4芯片。
