摩根大通发布研报称，将北京首都机场股份的投资评级从“中性”降至“减持”，同时将其目标价从3港元大幅削减40%至1.8港元。这一调整主要基于公司面临结构性不利因素所带来的短期挑战。报告指出，北京首都机场股份被剔出港股通名单，可能导致约25%的已发行股份遭遇抛售压力，从而进一步压制股价。
该行指出，公司在2025年的净亏损预计在6亿至7.6亿元人民币之间，远高于市场预期。这表明其盈利复苏能力有限，且新的免税合约收入分成比例仅为5%至8%，结构上限制了未来的盈利空间。这种商业模式的变化使得公司在行业竞争中的优势减弱，盈利能力受到显著制约。
