智通财经APP讯，新时代集团控股(00166)发布公告，集团预计于截至2025年12月31日止财政年度(2025年财政年度)取得税后亏损约8亿港元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得税后亏损约8740万港元。
2025年财政年度的税后亏损预期增加，主要由于(i)集团于2025年12月透过出售高运集团有限公司而处置了位于阿根廷的油气资产(阿根廷业务)所产生的处置亏损;及(ii)集团于加拿大的投资物业并无取得公允价值收益，而去年则取得公允价值收益1.11亿港元。
董事会谨此强调，2025年财政年度预期取得的大部分亏损主要来自阿根廷比索兑港元长期大幅贬值累计约99%的会计处理，其由2007年的约0.8阿根廷比索兑1港元(相当于6.3阿根廷比索兑1美元)贬值至2025年12月的约186.5阿根廷比索兑1港元(相当于1450阿根廷比索兑1美元)。出售阿根廷业务后，相关累计汇兑亏损约6.7亿港元须根据香港财务报告准则由外汇波动储备重新分类至损益。该亏损为非经常性、非现金及一次性性质，不会影响集团的总权益，且对集团的持续经营业务并无影响。
