调整后 EBITDA 亏损 1720 万美元，调整后每股亏损 0.41 美元。公司新增 1.3 万名客户，总认证账户达 8.4 万个，全年总交易额增长 46% 至 9.6 亿美元。为简化资产负债表，公司支付超 960 万美元以清偿两笔未偿可转换债券。
Fold 近期推出面向企业的 Fold For Business 业务和比特币奖励信用卡，最高可获 4% 的 BTC 返现，CEO 表示信用卡将显著扩大可触达市场。Fold 目前持有 1527 枚比特币，截至发稿，其股价今年迄今下跌 61%。
