智通财经APP获悉，东曜药业-B(01875)涨超9%，截至发稿，涨8.02%，报4.85港元，成交额1989.09万港元。
消息面上，3月18日，药明合联宣布，公司已成功获得东曜药业60%股权之有效接纳，本次收购要约已正式生效。据药明合联介绍，本次收购要约的最后可接纳截止日期为2026年3月31日下午4时，东曜药业股东将在剩余的时间里决策是否接纳本次要约。本次要约的最终结果，将于2026年3月31日下午7时前公布。
早在今年1月，药明生物、药明合联及东曜药业联合公告宣布，药明合联拟通过现金要约方式收购东曜药业全部已发行股份，作价合计约30.91亿港元（约合人民币27.62亿元），成为CXO行业开年首笔重大并购案。
