部分留兰大学生已享受购房补贴

每日甘肃网3月19日讯 据兰州晚报报道 日前，兰州市住房和城乡建设局发布大学生留兰购房专项措施，为毕业三年内大学生送上安居福利。银河国际第一时间响应，推出千万元补贴专项活动，政企补贴叠加的实打实福利，让售楼大厅迎来咨询热潮，青年人才留兰安居热情高涨。

　　与此同时，贝壳兰州站响应新政，即日起至6月30日，符合条件的大学生通过贝壳兰州站合作楼盘购买新建商品住房，额外叠加享受由贝壳兰州站提供的每套2000元专属购房补贴。

　　“新政推出以来，已有5位符合条件的英才在银河国际享受新政福利，为留兰英才节省置业成本超过50万元。”该项目营销总监范庆秀介绍。

　　“作为扎根甘肃的居住产业服务平台，贝壳兰州站旗下房产中介品牌德佑、枔家、乐远、房江湖近850家门店全部参与新政，截至3月18日，全市贝壳门店已有150多组客户符合新政补贴条件，成交后将为留兰英才补贴金额超过30万元，让利好政策真正落到实处。”贝壳政府关系与市场部负责人温婉楠介绍。
