3月18日，阿斯利康中国方面向记者确认，公司资深高管、阿斯利康中国副总裁、市场准入部门负责人黄彬正式离任。该人士为阿斯利康任职超20年的元老级高管，主导中国市场准入核心业务。截至记者发稿，黄彬本人暂未对外披露后续职业安排。
公开资料显示，黄彬，1967年生，中国国籍，无境外永久居留权。黄彬于北京师范大学取得学士学位和硕士学位，1992年至2004年，先后于北京医科大学药学院任讲师、于美国礼来亚洲公司任注册事务专员、高级专员、经理。
2004年，黄彬于加入阿斯利康中国，历任药政事务总监、执行总监、企业事务及市场准入副总裁。目前，黄彬除了任阿斯利康中国副总裁外，还担任阿斯利康医药（北京）有限公司法定代表人、总经理、董事长，并任江苏亚虹医药科技股份有限公司董事。
黄彬是阿斯利康中国一个标志性人物。在阿斯利康中国任职期间，他主要负责企业事务及市场准入相关工作，其最为业内熟知的经历，便是代表阿斯利康参与国家医保谈判，主导多款创新药成功纳入医保目录。
在此次离职消息传出前，黄彬最近一次公开活动，是代表阿斯利康参与在敖汉旗长胜镇中心卫生院开展的中国红十字基金会阿斯利康乡村振兴公益基金项目回访与捐赠活动。
截至发稿，阿斯利康中国官网高管团队页面，仍保留黄彬相关职位信息，公示职务为“阿斯利康中国副总裁-市场准入部”，其尚未就该人事变动发布官方公告。
