智通财经APP讯，广联科技控股(02531)发布公告，本集团预计截至2025年12月31日止年度录得纯利介乎约人民币2000万元至人民币2400万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得纯利约人民币4430万元，相当于纯利减少约45%至55%。
本年度未经审核综合溢利下降主要归因于：公司为拓展新能源客户群体及增设线下门店，扩大市场覆盖、提升品牌影响力，前期营销资源投入较大，导致销售费用增加;为支持新增业务场景的落地，公司加大了研发投入;受本报告期汇率波动影响，公司产生的汇兑损失较去年同期增加，进一步影响了净利润水平。
