IT之家 3 月 18 日消息，针对今日社交平台上有自媒体及网民发帖称网易计划“使用 AI 清退全部外包员工”的消息，网易公司向 21 世纪经济报道回应称，该信息不实。近期发生的人员变动仅为部分项目的正常业务调整与人员汰换，属于企业日常运营管理的一部分，不会对公司整体及各业务线的正常运营造成任何影响。
IT之家查询获悉，网易 2025 年第三季度未经审计的财务业绩如下：
营收为 284 亿元人民币（40 亿美元），较 2024 年同期增长 8.2%；
毛利润为 182 亿元人民币（约合 26 亿美元），较 2024 年同期增长 10.3%；
总运营费用为 102 亿元人民币（14 亿美元），较 2024 年同期增长 8.9%；
归属于公司普通股股东的净利润为 86 亿元人民币（12 亿美元）；
