周四公布的一项裁决显示，罗马一家法院已撤销意大利数据保护局对 ChatGPT 开发商 OpenAI 处以的 1500 万欧元（约 1700 万美元）罚款。

• 法院暂未就该裁决发布解释理由。
• OpenAI 在一份声明中表示：“我们对罗马法院的这一决定表示欢迎。我们始终致力于尊重用户隐私，并期待帮助更多意大利民众、企业与社会从人工智能中受益。”
• 意大利数据保护局（Garante）拒绝置评。
• 该罚款于 2024 年 12 月作出，理由是这款生成式人工智能应用涉嫌非法使用个人数据。
• 当时 OpenAI 称该处罚 “过重”，并表示将提起上诉。
• 2025 年 3 月，罗马法院曾暂时中止执行这笔罚款，等待对案件实体问题作出裁决。
