智通财经APP讯，天利控股集团(00117)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度录得收入约人民币6.79亿元，较截至2024 年12月31日止年度的收入约人民币5.48亿元增加约23.90%;及于截至2025年12月31日止年度录得除税后纯利约人民币1.33亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得除税后净亏损约人民币1.53亿元。
根据董事会目前可获得的资料，董事会认为转亏为盈乃主要归因于业务分部片式多层陶瓷电容器的亏损大幅减少;及因清偿金融负债而产生的金融负债修订收益，以及因金融负债条款的实质变更导致确认新金融负债。
