ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，欧洲央行（ECB）宣布在其规则手册开发组（RDG）下开放两个新工作组的专家申请，重点推进数字欧元在 ATM、支付终端及受理基础设施层面的落地实施工作。
两个工作组的职责分别为：其一，制定面向 ATM 及终端提供商的实施规范，涵盖通信技术、离线交易功能及现有支付标准的复用；其二，为支付服务提供商（PSP）在数字欧元生态系统中使用的支付解决方案及基础设施，制定测试、认证与审批流程方案。上述工作组均向 RDG 汇报，该组织成员涵盖商户、支付服务提供商及消费者代表。
ECB 此前已披露，计划于 2027 年下半年启动为期 12 个月的数字欧元试点，参与方将包括有限数量的商户、欧元体系工作人员及 PSP。ECB 执行委员会成员 Piero Cipollone 于今年 2 月确认了上述安排。
