黄慧玲女士已辞任(i)公司联席公司秘书;(ii)联交所证券上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表(上市规则项下的授权代表);(iii)根据香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部项下的公司授权代表(连同上市规则项下的授权代表称为“授权代表”)，自2026 年3月20日起生效。
林慧怡女士已获委任为联席公司秘书及授权代表，自2026年3月20日起生效。林慧怡女士将与另一名现任联席公司秘书胡楠先生共同履行公司秘书职责。
