智通财经APP讯，WT集团(08422)发布公告，董事会建议按于记录日期每持有1股股份获发2股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份0.10港元的认购价发行2.40亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前，公司并无进一步发行新股份，亦无购回股份)，筹集最多2400万港元。倘获悉数认购，估计所得款项净额最多约为2250万港元。公司计划将供股所得款项净额用于拨付集团项目的前期成本及不同阶段的营运资金需求;及集团的一般营运资金。供股不设最低认购水平或最低集资额。
