据知情人士消息称，费尔蒂塔娱乐公司（Fertitta Entertainment）正在谈判以每股32美元的价格收购凯撒娱乐公司（Caesars），股权价值为65亿美元。报道称，考虑到这家博彩公司的大量债务，费尔蒂塔对凯撒的收购条件包括315亿美元的企业价值。
凯撒通过电子邮件回复询问时表示：“按照政策，我们不对谣言和市场猜测发表评论。”
该报道称，交易谈判将于本周末在费尔蒂塔位于休斯顿的总部进行，处于45天的独家谈判窗口期内。
本周稍早有报道称，费尔蒂塔娱乐一直在考虑以每股约34美元的价格收购凯撒，使其市值达到约70亿美元。
该报报道称，这家赌场运营商还收到了伊坎企业约每股33美元的全现金收购要约。伊坎企业是亿万富翁卡尔·伊坎的投资平台，是一家上市公司。
据报道，伊坎在1月份首次对凯撒提出友好收购要约，出价每股28.50美元，并保证现有管理层将继续留任。
伊坎企业未立即回应置评请求。
媒体补充称，伊坎有兴趣与一家大型数字博彩公司合作，此举可能将凯撒的数字博彩业务与他们的业务合并。
由于拉斯维加斯游客数量在2025年大幅下降，导致客流量疲软，凯撒已连续四个季度报告净亏损。
