智通财经APP讯，南京熊猫电子股份(00553)发布公告，公司控股子公司深圳市京华信息技术有限公司(简称“京华信息”)主营个人数码产品的生产与销售，其中出口业务占全部销售额的65%以上。京华信息进出口业务主要采用美元结算，受经济不确定因素影响较大。为了规避外汇市场的风险，防范汇率波动对公司正常生产经营、成本控制及毛利造成不良影响，通过即期外汇交易与远期外汇交易相结合的方式管理外汇业务，减少外汇风险敞口，提高公司应对外汇风险波动的能力，更好地规避和防范公司所面临的外汇汇率波动风险，增强公司财务稳健性。开展远期结售汇套期保值业务是以锁定收入、规避和防范汇率剧烈波动等风险为目的。
根据实际业务需要，京华信息拟开展远期结售汇套期保值业务总额不超过3000万美元，且任一交易日持有的最高合约价值不超过上述额度。上述额度在有效期限内可循环滚动使用。公司预计动用的交易保证金和权利金上限不超过500万元人民币，全额使用银行授信额度，不占用公司日常营运资金。
