范式智能（06682）发布公告，公司自2026年3月20日起更换公司标志。新标志将印刷于公司的相关公司文件，包括中期及年度报告、公告、通函、通告、股票及新闻稿，并展示于公司网站。

　　更换标志不会影响公司现有股东的任何权利或公司的业务运营及财务状况。所有印有旧标志的现有已发行股票将继续作为股份所有权的有效凭证，仍可进行买卖、交收、登记及交付用途。
