本年度由亏转盈主要归因于2025财年某实体股权的公允值收益约3,100万港元(未经审核数字)(2024财年：经审核亏损约5,600万港元)。此项收益主要源自于2025财年换算过程中人民币升值所带来的影响。该公允值收益属非现金交易，且未在集团综合收益表中变现。
计入本集团非控股权益后，本集团预期于2025财年录得本公司权益持有人应占亏损约1,500万港元(未经审核数字)，而2024财年经审核亏损则为4,600万港元。
