据快科技，美国政府虽然最终批准了NVIDIA H200 GPU可以出口给中国，但坊间传闻称没有任何中国客户采购，NVIDIA不得不停产了之。不过在GTC 2026大会上，黄仁勋证实，NVIDIA已经为多家中国客户拿到H200的出口许可，并已获得采购订单，重新恢复了生产。他说：“(NVIDIA)已经收到多家中国客户的采购订单，我们正在重启生产……供应链正在启动。”他称之为“新的消息”(new news)。 这标志着，经历了一年多的出口管制而冻结之后，NVIDIA在华供应链首次恢复了一定程度的运转。当然，黄仁勋不可能透露具体是哪些中国客户。他还提到，特朗普的立场是一贯的，坚持美国应该在使用NVIDIA最先进技术上保持领先地位。他说：“特朗普总统希望我们继续竞争全球市场，非必要不要放弃(中国)这些市场。”
