智通财经APP获悉，全球最大的石油和天然气公司在2025年缩减了对能源转型的投资，这是八年来首次年度下降。根据周三发布的一份报告，过去一年，石油和天然气巨头在低碳技术方面的支出下降了超过三分之一，从2024年的超过380亿美元降至257亿美元。低碳支出占这些公司总资本支出的6.5%，而上一年这一比例接近10%。分析指出，这是五年来的最低比例。
并非所有公司都减少了与能源转型相关的支出。雷普索尔和沙特阿美是2025年低碳技术领域最大的投资者，两家公司均承诺投资约40亿美元，比上一年有所增加。
整体而言，石油和天然气公司正因满足投资者要求而收紧投资预算，同时更加专注于核心化石燃料业务。这种情况在美洲尤为突出，美国总统特朗普的政策转变抑制了对可再生能源的投资。该地区的支出降幅最大。
分析师在报告中写道：“自2025年初以来，特朗普政府的政策波动——包括许可延误和停工令——已显著增加了资本密集型海上风电项目的执行风险。”他们补充说，预计未来几年石油和天然气巨头的投资将继续放缓。
