此前一周，特朗普曾在白宫公开表示预计4月完成访华行程。然而3月16日其团队突然调整口径，称因中东局势升级，总统需留守国内统筹应对。从外交惯例来看，国家元首出访前的国内事务部署通常早有预案，此番理由引发市场诸多猜测。
核心变量在于近期原油市场的剧烈波动。布伦特原油本周攀升至103.3美元，WTI原油期货亦触及99.8美元高位。霍尔木兹海峡通航受阻直接影响全球约20%的海运石油贸易，日均1800万桶的运输量面临中断风险。美国零售汽油价格随之创五个月新高，对2026年中期选举选情构成直接冲击。
美方后续澄清称访华调整与霍尔木兹海峡通航无直接关联，但此类表态反而强化了市场的关联性推测，进而推动原油市场维持强劲涨势。WTI原油期货昨日最高涨幅达到5%，盘中最高触及97.57美元，布伦特原油昨日最高攀升至101.78美元。技术面显示，WTI的4小时图的中长期均线仍然维持多头排列，意味着中长期趋势仍然可能看涨，价格有望向上测试100美元关口。
