ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，投资银行 TD Cowen 表示，美国通过加密市场结构法案的时间窗口可能延长至 8 月休会期，打破此前需在复活节休会前完成立法的预期。
TD Cowen 华盛顿研究小组董事总经理 Jaret Seiberg 指出，复活节休会并非关键节点，立法工作可在休会前后持续推进，且随着初选结束，部分议员将有更大灵活性进行谈判。Seiberg 认为 8 月休会期是最后有意义的立法窗口，之后国会 9 月仅开会 12 天、10 月 2 天，仅够处理支出法案和国防授权法案。他同时重申，若 2026 年中期选举后国会控制权发生变更，法案可能推迟至 2027 年。预计众议院可能转向民主党控制，届时民主党或选择推迟至 2027 年以争取更大话语权。目前加密法案因银行业反对稳定币收益、民主党寻求对政府高官的利益冲突条款而陷入僵局，但双方谈判据说接近达成妥协。Seiberg 表示，若 2026 年未能通过，SEC 将提供加密行业所需的监管行动。
