投资增速由降转增，物价温和上涨，生产需求稳中有升，外贸表现展现韧性……前两月中国经济的良好表现，为“十五五”开局之年开了个好头，为实现全年发展目标打下了基础。
良好的开局，再一次印证了中国经济长期向好的基本面。在国际环境跌宕起伏、全球经济不确定性依然比较大的背景下，实现主要经济指标明显加快，反映出中国经济底盘之坚实、韧性之强大。
稳健的起跑，得益于各地区各部门和广大经营主体的奋力拼搏。从宏观调控部门实施更加积极有为的宏观政策，到各地区因地制宜发展新质生产力，再到广大经营主体强创新、谋升级、抓机遇、在中国经济沃土中深耕细作，各方面的主动作为汇成了高质量发展的强大合力。
开局决定走向，起跑关乎全程。两会刚刚闭幕，“十五五”发展蓝图已经绘就，今年的全年发展目标任务也已确定。当此之时，保持好状态、延续好势头，各地区各部门要增强紧迫感和执行力，主动担当、靠前发力、提质增效，推动各项工作加快落地见效。（刘志强）
