EBR Systems (ASX:EBR) filed its preliminary proxy statement for the annual meeting with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for review, and it plans to hold the meeting as a virtual meeting on May 7, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The preliminary proxy statement was also provided to the Australian Securities Exchange for review.
The meeting notice contains agenda items, including the approval of an increase in reserved shares under the 2021 Equity Incentive Plan and the issue of securities under the plan, a grant of options to its Chief Executive Officer, and grants of options to its directors or their nominated holdings or entities.
Its shares rose 2% in recent trading on Tuesday.
