日本央行行长植田和男重申该央行立场：当国债收益率出现大幅上升等特殊情况时，当局将灵活开展债券市场操作。

　　植田和男周一在国会答询时表示，长期利率原则上由市场决定。

　　如果财政支出刺激经济、改善供需缺口，可能推升通胀并带动工资增长。

　　与此同时，若财政支出有助于提升经济的供给能力，从更长周期看也可能有助于平抑通胀压力。

　　植田和男表示，日本央行将采取适当政策，以实现可持续的通胀目标。

　　他还表示，潜在通胀正在逐步上升。
