智通财经APP讯，同方泰德(01206)发布公告，本集团预期将于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得约人民币4.95亿元至人民币5.05亿元的亏损，而截至2024年12月31日止年度取得亏损约人民币2.65亿元。
截至2025年12月31日止年度期间亏损增加，主要归因于受市场复苏疲弱及行业竞争日趋激烈的影响，本公司的中标项目毛利空间被显著压缩，加之由于部分项目在当年执行过程中发生成本追加等因素，进一步挤压了本集团的利润空间，导致期内毛利率出现大幅下滑，对整体盈利能力带来较大冲击。同时，在国内经济面临有效需求不足的宏观背景下，本集团经综合考虑项目结算周期及行业环境变化等因素，对部分项目及资产计提减值拨备增加，从而进一步对本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的净利润产生不利影响。
