智通财经APP讯，慧聪集团(02280)发布公告，由于需要更多时间(其中包括)处理本公司相关审计程序及本公司核数师提出的要求，预计本公司或无法于2026年3月31日或之前刊发2025年业绩。由此，2025年年报亦可能相应延迟。如延迟刊发2025年业绩及╱或延迟刊发2025年年报，将构成违反上市规则第13.49(1)条及╱或第13.46(2)条。
根据上市规则第13.50条，倘发行人并未根据上市规则刊发其财务资料，则联交所一般会要求发行人暂停买卖证券。暂停买卖安排一般维持有效直至发行人刊发载有必要财务资料的公告为止。倘本公司未能于2026年3月31日或之前刊发2025年业绩，本公司股份或可能自2026年4月1日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，直至刊发2025年业绩为止。
