智通财经APP讯，香港兴业国际(00480)公布， 2026 年 3 月 17 日，嘉兴秀裕(公司全资拥有的附属公司)与合营伙伴嘉兴市秀拓建设投资集团有限公司(独立第三方)透过公开挂牌出让程序，以约人民币2.164亿元(约2.459亿港元)竞得由嘉兴市自然资源和规划局通过公开挂牌所出售、位于中国嘉兴市该地块的土地使用权。该地块位于嘉兴市秀洲区新城街道，东升西路南侧、秀洲大道西侧，占地面积为 72,628平方米。土地用途为商业用地，出让年限为40年，最大建筑总面积为13.073万平方米。该地块将被开发为一个购物中心，用于租赁收入。
根据合作框架协议，嘉兴秀裕与合营伙伴将共同成立一家项目公司，并分别持有 10%及 90%的股权，用于收购及开发该地块，总资本承诺(涵盖项目公司注册资本、该地块的代价及该项目的开发成本资金)不超过人民币19.5亿元(约22.16亿港元)。
公告称，交易事项属于轻资产投资，使集团可在当前不确定的市场环境下减少资本投入并降低业务风险。凭借国有合营伙伴作为强大的后盾，此次合作可望促进双方共同发展，并提升公司在该地区的地位和发展潜力。
