智通财经APP讯，中油洁能控股(01759)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)将录得净亏损范围在人民币 3300万元至 3600万元区间，其中包括非经常性损益约人民币 1700万元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度(上年度)的净亏损约人民币 1780万元，增加亏损约人民币 1520万元至 1820万元。
董事会认为本年度预期净亏损增加乃主要基于以下因素：受部分于中国的压缩天然气车辆更替为电动车的影响，于本年度本集团毛利相对较高的河南车用压缩天然气业务较上年度有一定程度地下跌进而导致本集团的溢利有所下降;及非经常性损益的增加主要归因于于本年度本集团就物业、厂房及设备确认减值拨备约人民币 1070万元，并撇销物业、厂房及设备约人民币 440万元。该等减值及撇销主要由于上述压缩天然气车辆更替为电动车导致相关资产的使用价值下降及被撇销所致，进而导致本集团溢利有所下降;
尽管存在上述情况，本集团的液化石油气业务于本年度销量及毛利均录得增长，为整体业绩提供了若干缓冲。董事会将继续密切审视本集团的战略定位及运营状况，并因应实际市场情况考虑适时调整业务策略。
