智通财经APP讯，上美股份(02145)发布公告，近日本公司与开拓药业有限公司(一家于香港联合交易所有限公司上市的公司(股份代号：9939))的全资附属公司苏州开拓药业股份有限公司订立化妆品领域附带排他条款的战略合作框架协议，内容有关美白祛斑功效性化妆品原料KT-939的快速商业化。
根据框架协议，本公司与苏州开拓就KT-939在中国作为一种化妆品新成分的注册与以KT-939为核心成分的化妆品产品注册开展化妆品领域附带排他条款的协同推进，以及联合开展功效性原料研发和定制，旨在基于KT-939打造具有行业影响力的“地表最强国产美白剂产品”。
本公司计划利用KT-939功效性化妆品原料业务的发展、注册和运用，进一步丰富本公司的产品线布局，进一步提升本公司在化妆品前沿原料及产品效用的科学研究壁垒，进一步强化本公司在美白祛斑功效性化妆品市场的领导地位。
