路透北京3月19日 - 路透根据阿里巴巴9988.HKBABA.N周四公布的财报测算，其关联公司--蚂蚁集团截至9月底止季度录得净利润12亿元人民币，同比大降超九成。
阿里巴巴发布的最新财报显示，公司在截至2025年12月底止的三个月内，从蚂蚁集团录得投资收益3.93亿元。阿里巴巴延后一个季度计入所有权益法核算的投资损益，且阿里持有蚂蚁32.65%的股权，据此测算，蚂蚁集团今年三季度净利约为12亿元。
同样计算规则下，蚂蚁集团2024年三季度、2025年二季度净利润分别为137.5亿元和83.7亿元，意味着蚂蚁集团2025年三季度净利同比大降91.3%，环比亦下滑85.7%。
蚂蚁集团周一表示，在满足所有条件后，预计将于本月底前完成以28.1亿港元收购耀才证券金融1428.HK控股股权的交易。（完）
