Sri Lotus Developers and Realty (NSE:LOTUSDEV, BOM:544469) said it incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Sri Lotus Imperial Projects, in India on March 14, according to a Tuesday filing on Indian bourses.
The subsidiary, with an authorized and paid-up capital of 1 million rupees each, will operate in the real estate segment, the company said.
