SIA Engineering Finalizes Agreements to Set Up Chinese Joint Venture

SIA Engineering (SGX:S59) along with its subsidiary, SIAEC Global, finalized the signed agreements with Arport AME, its shareholders, and IPORT to establish a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) joint venture in China, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

This comes after the company won a bid to buy a 30% stake in Arport Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering (Fujian) for 129 million yuan.
