智通财经APP讯，NEXION TECH(08420)公布，该集团预期于2025年取得公司权益持有人应占亏损大幅减少至不超过400万港元，2024年公司权益持有人应占亏损则为约1469.5万港元。
董事会认为，亏损预期减少乃主要由于：(i)网络安全解决方案及IT 软件开发分部的分部业绩(经调整除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前盈利(经调整EBITDA))由2024财年的亏损约366.5万港元扭转为2025财年的溢利不超过150万港元。该业绩改善主要是由于该业务分部收入由2024财年约1325.2万港元增加约1063.6万港元或80.3% 至2025财年约2388.8万港元;(ii) 软件即服务(SaaS)分部(已终止)的分部业绩亏损(经调整EBITDA)由2024财年约729.1万港元减少至2025财年不超过30万港元，此乃主要由于为减少持续亏损而削减经营活动，及已确认的无形资产减值亏损拨备减少至零(2024财年为约385.9万港元)。
