【大河财立方记者陈薇】3月17日，淘宝闪购在23个城市举办“17城市骑士日”活动，全国385名冬季服务优秀、传递正能量的骑士获表彰，享现金奖励、定制装备等九大专属权益。
本次活动颁发卓越服务奖、尖峰完单奖、公益善行奖、社区侠奖、安全出行奖、带教良师奖、王牌队长奖七大奖项，多维度表彰业务精湛、品行优秀的骑士。比如，长沙骑士刘旭勇救被困冷库商家获“社区侠奖”，西安骑士冯天雷获评“带教良师奖”，杭州、厦门等地骑士以零差评、高完单量成为服务标杆。
今年春节旺季期间，淘宝闪购投入超20亿元加码奖励与保障，骑士收入显著提升。数据显示，九成参与的骑士拿到春节奖励，普遍增收超万元。哈尔滨骑士最高可获额外奖励16500元，成都单王春节收入超2万元。
淘宝闪购现场宣布，“17城市骑士日”正式升级，从基础保障转向“保障+发展”双重支持。平台将依托骑士驿站开展技能培训，推出AI应用、短视频创作、AED急救、心理咨询等课程，并搭建技能进阶与管理晋升双通道，举办技能大赛，推动骑士向有技能、有保障、有尊严的现代服务业从业者转型，让骑士劳有所得、成长有路。
