智通财经APP讯，格林国际控股(02700)发布公告，于2026年3月17日，卖方深圳市玛莎嘉儿连锁实业有限公司(本公司间接拥有51%权益的附属公司)：(a)与第一买方李彩文女士就出售第一美容院(卖方位于中国深圳南山区的美容院)订立第一份出售协议，现金代价为人民币141万元(160.2万港元);及(b)与第二买方谭霍先生就出售第二美容院(卖方位于中国深圳福田区的美容院 )订立第二份出售协议，现金代价为人民币57万元(64.8万港元)。
第一及第二美容院已连续数年取得亏损，主要由于2020年爆发2019冠状病毒病后中国消费者信心恶化，其后国内消费复苏慢于预期以及疫情后消费模式改变所致。于2025年，第一及第二美容院的业务营运持续恶化。卖方的现金及银行结余亦逐渐减少。为止损及避免集团需要进一步注资，卖方建议且公司同意关闭第一及第二美容院。
