智通财经APP获悉，正大企业国际(03839)午后涨近14%，截至发稿，涨13.08%，报7.35港元，成交额405.29万港元。
消息面上，正大企业国际公布，拟更名为“正大生物控股有限公司”。此次更名计划旨在更精准体现本公司目前的主营业务及未来的战略布局，进一步强化本公司致力成为世界领先的生物科技公司的愿景。据悉，公司目前的收入全部来自生物科技业务(动保兽药及金霉素产品)。
值得注意的是，今年1月份，正大企业国际发布盈喜，预期2025年股东应占综合溢利约3200万美元，2024年同期则录得1120万美元。溢利增长主要由于收入的大幅增长，反映了公司成功地实施开发大客户销售关键策略。
